Referral Program Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility:
The referral program (“Program”) is available to existing customers (“Referrer”) who have their accounts in good standing, are up to date with their payments, and wish to refer a friend or acquaintance (“Referred Customer”) to become a paying customer of SafeDealsAI.
2. Referral Reward:
A Successful Enrollment (SE) occurs when you refer a friend who becomes a paying member of SafeDealAI; the Referrer will then be eligible to receive a $150 gift card.
3. Gift Card Issuance:
The $150 gift card will be issued to the Referrer after a period of 90 days from the date of the Referred Customer’s successful signup and active paid subscription with SafeDealAI.
4. Qualifying Criteria:
To qualify for the $150 gift card, the Referred Customer must sign up for a paid SafeDealsAI subscription and maintain an active subscription for the entire 90-day period.
5. Notification:
The Referrer will be notified via email when their referral becomes a qualified customer, and the gift card will be sent to the Referrer’s provided email address after 90-day waiting period.
6. Program Changes:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without notice.
7. General Terms:
Free Trial sign-ups do not qualify as a sign-up by a referred customer. To qualify for the $150 gift card, the Referred Customer must sign up for a paid SafeDealsAI subscription and maintain an active subscription for the entire 90-day period.
Participation in the Program is subject to these terms and conditions, as well as our standard terms of service.
